At AYNOLOGY LTD, we value our clients and strive to deliver the highest quality of work. However, due to the nature of digital and creative services, refunds are strictly limited.

2. No Refund After Project Start

Once a project has commenced — including consultation, design work, or hosting setup — no refunds will be issued. This policy applies regardless of project stage or completion percentage.

3. Cancellation Before Project Start

If a client cancels before any work has begun, a full or partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

4. Service Dissatisfaction

We are committed to resolving issues through revisions or additional support, but refunds will not be issued once work has begun.
